Emma & Kev welcome you to Pembrokeshire Hearing!
The Workman family have been living in Pembrokeshire since the early 1900’s, working across, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest and Tenby for employers such as the gas board, oil refinery’s, power station and fire service. As well as running a small business for the past decade.
Emma obtained her Audiology degree with first-class honours from Swansea University. Her career began in the NHS, followed by a transition to the private sector upon qualification.
Within the private sector, she gained valuable expertise in working with various hearing aid makes and models, keeping abreast of hearing aid technology advancements over her 15-year career since qualifying. She also collaborated closely with private ENT consultants, preparing reports for medical clinics, and provided valuable support to patients with noise-induced hearing loss in partnership with solicitors.
The establishment of Pembrokeshire Hearing stemmed from a desire to serve the people of Pembrokeshire, an area where access to skilled audiologists is limited.
"In my role as an Audiologist, I am empowered to guide patients toward the most suitable solutions without constraints imposed by specific manufacturers. Our clinic prioritises the time needed for comprehensive, individualized clinical assessments to meet our patients' unique hearing requirements".
"Beyond our professional role, we enjoy walking our sausage dog, 'Monty,' have a deep affection for the Pembrokeshire beaches, and find relaxation in paddleboarding. We also take pride in being parents to 4 children".
For more than 20 years, we’ve been working in the Audiology Sector..
We focus on you. Your hearing is an important part of life. We focus on the best care and hearing aid products to make it the best.
